Timesheets are Monday to Sunday

  • Submit timesheets by 9.30am Monday
  • Apprentice/Trainee to follow up with host if timesheet is not approved by 3pm Monday (AEST/AEDT)
  • Apprentice/Trainee to log into their dashboard to review status of timesheet, if unsure if approved
  • Have multiple timesheets – submit all timesheets together
  • Attached medical certificates to applicable timesheet
    1. If unable to attach email certificate to rmssupport@megt.com.au when submitting timesheet

Note: only 2 days per 12-month period without a certificate will be paid

  • Ensure Public Holiday Days are recorded as NOT WORKED or WORKED to ensure you are paid correctly. Failure to notify will result in NOT WORKED being applied to avoid overpayment
  • Expense Claims MUST BE accompanied by receipts & submitted using the Expense Icon for Host Approval

Note: Please log claim within two weeks of receipt date

  • Make sure applicable leave type (when taken) is selected in the drop-down section 
  • Approver changes must be provided in writing to rmssupport@megt.com.au 
    1. Include full name of approver, phone number and email address
  • Trade Timesheet – if arriving late or leaving early a reason MUST be noted on the timesheet – true start/stop times must be entered
